Thank you for your interest in a rental at the YMCA. To schedule a rental, you may contact the welcome center at the facility you would like to schedule at. A signed rental agreement and a deposit are required in order to schedule your rental.
Massillon Family YMCA
Birthday Parties (During or after regular hours)
Includes: Staff will help set up and cleans up the room, plans games, and acts as a personal guide.
Notice: Consists of 1 hour pool or rock wall and 1 hour conference room.
Member Price: $65 first 15 people, $3 per person after 15.
Regular Price: $95 first 15 people, $3 per person after 15.
Conference Room (During or after regular hours)
Includes: Full use of the conference room only.
Notice: Additional rooms may be rented.
Member Price: $20 per hour.
Regular Price: $25 per hour.
Evening Parties (After regular hours)
Includes: Conference room, game room, pool for up to two hours, gymnasium, and racquetball courts.
Member Price: $275 first 100 people; $3 per person over 100.
Regular Price: $350 first 100 people; $4 per person over 100.
Gymnasium Only (After regular hours)
Includes: Full use of the gymnasium.
Notice: Two hour minimum rental.
Member Price: $35 per hour.
Regular Price: $40 per hour.
Non-profits and schools (During regular hours)
Includes: Lessons of group or school's choice to be taught by our instructors.
Notice: Must have school's approval.
Regular Price: $3 per lesson, per student.
Overnighters (9 p.m.-7 a.m.)
Includes: Conference room, multi-purpose room, rock wall, game room, pool for up to two hours, gymnasium, and racquetball courts.
Notice: 1 adult required per every 10 youth.
Member Price: $400 first 100 people; $3 per person over 100.
Regular Price: $475 first 100 people; $4 per person after 100.
Pool Only (During or after regular hours)
Includes: Lifeguards and use of the pool area.
Notice: Two hour maximum rental. No food permitted.
Member Price: $75 first hour and $35 second hour - first 25 people, $10 per 25 after
Regular Price: $100 first hour and $45 second hour - first 25 people, $10 per 25 after
Walleyball (During regular hours)
Includes: Full use of the walleyball court.
Member Price: FREE
Regular Price: $7 per person
Spring Floor Rental (During regular hours)
Includes: Use of the spring floor for one hour
Member Price: $25 per hour

Additional Options for any of the above packages include:
Add a 30-minute Magic Show: $150, members pay $125
